What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read, not to hide behind.
1. Who is responsible for your data
This site is operated by Zvera ("Zvera", "we", "us"), with an office at 8 Vaughan Rd, Singapore 358085. For visitors in the UK or EU/EEA, and to the extent the GDPR applies to us under Article 3(2) by virtue of offering services to and monitoring the behaviour of people located there, we act as the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you actively send us. There is no hidden collection on this site.
When you book a technical demo
The demo form asks for, and transmits, the following:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Your company website (optional)
- Your annual revenue band
- The bottlenecks you select, including anything you type into the "something else" field
- The systems you say you are interested in
Automatic language selection
On your very first visit only, before you have chosen a language, the site sends your IP address to GeoJS (a lookup service) to determine your country, so it can show the page in a language you are likely to read. GeoJS returns a country code only; we do not receive or store your IP address ourselves, and the lookup is not repeated once a language is set. You can change the language at any time with the switcher in the header, which immediately stops any further lookup for you. This can be disabled entirely, in which case the site falls back to your browser's own language setting, which involves no network request or third party at all.
Visitor analytics
This site may use a cookieless analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and estimate visitor numbers. It does not set a cookie, does not use a persistent identifier to track you across visits, and does not build a profile of you. If you have questions about whether this is currently active, contact us using the details below.
What we do not collect
- No advertising or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies at all.
- No third-party fonts or CDNs. Fonts, flags, and images are served from our own domain, so your IP address is not shared with an outside provider just for loading the page.
- The Deployment Blueprint and the ROI calculator never transmit anything. Every answer you give those tools is processed inside your own browser and is gone when you close the tab. We never see it unless you separately submit the demo form.
Stored in your browser
We use your browser's local storage for two functional purposes only. Neither identifies you, neither is a cookie, and neither is transmitted to us or to anyone else:
zv_lang, so the site remembers the language you chose, or that was detected for you as described above.zv_submission_no, a counter used to number demo requests.
You can clear both at any time through your browser settings.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, for security and reliability. This is normal server operation, not profiling, and such logs are kept only for as long as our provider retains them.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who else sees it
Depending on which part of the site you use, the following third parties may be involved, and no others:
- Web3Forms, which receives a demo request and relays it to us by email. Your submitted data passes through their servers, which may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, that transfer must rest on an appropriate safeguard such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Confirm the current safeguard with the provider and record it here before you rely on this page.
- GeoJS, which receives your IP address on first visit only, for the one-time country lookup described above, and returns a country code. See "Automatic language selection" above.
- Cloudflare, if visitor analytics is active, which receives an anonymous page-view ping with no cookie or persistent identifier attached. See "Visitor analytics" above.
- Our email provider, which delivers and stores the resulting message in our inboxes, and forwards a copy to relevant team members through an inbox-level forwarding rule.
- Our hosting provider, which serves the website and keeps the server logs described above.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid order from a court or regulator.
5. How long we keep it
- Demo requests that do not become clients: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Demo requests that become clients: kept for the life of the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting, or other legal obligations require.
- Server logs: per our hosting provider's standard retention period.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time. See the next section.
6. Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU, or European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you the following rights over your personal data. They are free to exercise.
- Access. Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification. Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure. Have your data deleted, often called the right to be forgotten.
- Restriction. Ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability. Receive your data in a common, machine-readable format.
- Objection. Object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest, including any direct marketing. If you object to direct marketing we must stop immediately.
- Withdraw consent. Where processing rests on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done beforehand.
To exercise any of these, email info@zvera.co. We will respond within one month, as the GDPR requires. We may need to verify your identity first so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. We hold no customer database on this website: there is no login, no stored submissions, and no credentials in the site's code. Demo requests exist only as email in our inboxes, which are protected by our email provider's access controls.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever suffer a breach that presents a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and tell you directly where the law requires it.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated to affected people directly where we can.
