Terms of Service.
The rules for using this website, what our published figures do and do not promise, and what happens when you send us an enquiry.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Zvera ("Zvera", "we", "us"), with an office at 8 Vaughan Rd, Singapore 358085, reachable at info@zvera.co or +65 8824 4419. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms govern your use of this website only. They are not a services agreement. Any actual engagement to deploy, license, or support systems for your business is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties. Nothing on this website creates such an agreement, and nothing here overrides one that already exists.
3. Using this website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site's normal operation, including by automated scraping that degrades performance, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to inject malicious code.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person or company, or use the demo form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Copy, republish, or resell substantial parts of the site's content without our written permission.
We may restrict or withdraw access to anyone who breaches these terms, without prior notice.
4. Estimates, calculators, and published figures
This site includes tools and figures intended to help you think, not to promise a result:
- The ROI calculator produces an estimate derived entirely from values you enter yourself, applied to published third-party research. It is arithmetic on your assumptions, not a forecast of your business, and no part of it is a guarantee of savings.
- The Deployment Blueprint generates an indicative outline from three answers. It is a starting sketch, not a technical specification, quotation, or commitment.
- Timelines such as "about 10 days" describe a typical deployment under typical conditions. Actual timelines depend on your systems, your data, and your team's availability, and are agreed in writing per engagement.
- Third-party research we cite is attributed to its source and linked. We reproduce it in good faith but are not responsible for its accuracy, and it describes other organisations, not a prediction about yours.
You should not make a commercial decision in reliance on any figure published here without speaking to us first about your specific circumstances.
5. Enquiries you send us
When you submit the demo form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it, including where it relates to your employer. We use those details to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form does not oblige us to provide a demo, and does not oblige you to purchase anything.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design, layout, graphics, and code, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it, and share links to it, for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
Third-party names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those organisations. Their appearance does not imply endorsement by them of Zvera, or by Zvera of them.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to an external site, such as a cited research source, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time, including for maintenance, and we may update content without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may retain the protection of mandatory provisions of your own local law.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@zvera.co.
Stop being small.
Book a technical demo. We map your revenue stack, show you the exact deployment, and give you a timeline measured in days, not quarters.
